Very pleasant, very tasty, very friendly and great value for money, highly recommended.
70s style, trendy and delicious. Friendly people
Delicious original Turkish cuisine.
If you are looking for an authentic Turkish alternative to doner kebab and co. No kebab is offered here, but the original Anatolian cuisine. On summer days, the courtyard offers a cozy corner to linger and cook together. Prices are very fair. Staff very attentive and polite! My recommendation for Turkish cuisine in the family business.
This food is a shame for the Turkish cuisine. We were deeply disappointed.
The food was ok but 16 € (Attention! The prices on the homepage are not up to date) for two simple skewers, a serving Uncle Bens rice and carelessly prepared lettuce without dressing is just usury. For half the price, I could imagine more often to come but price / performance is so unfortunately not at all. Waiting times were short and service friendly.
I had meat dishes here and they were also delicious, today I had humus (ok) and zucchini with sheep's cheese as a main course with rice and salad. Unfortunately, I can not recommend it, especially not for 15 €: overcooked zucchini with some sheep's cheese next to dry white rice, plus a simple side salad.
The appetizer plate was divided into four and was very generous. Unfortunately, we then had to wait almost 45 minutes for our main course, although only a few tables were occupied. The food was unfortunately very bland and unseasoned, the rice was of very simple quality For drinks in between you unfortunately not addressed the service was very bad. I have already been there in advance since the food was unfortunately the same but the food was good Another time I will test it again.
Very nice service Food was served very fast!
Delicious food, friendly and courteous service, good advice. Here is the best baklava I have eaten so far. If on the season menu: Be sure to try the pumpkin baklava! We would like to come again.
The traditional Turkish restaurant in Darmstadt.
Always delicious. Love to come here. Everything is a bit dusty but the food is great.
Friendly staff, and we really wanted to like this place, however the food was just not convincing. Everything we got was tasteless, even the garlic yogurt was plain, without any trace of garlic. Without a Schlemmerblock what you get is definitely not worth the price
Here you can get good Turkish food, the conditions are courteous and the service is good.
Turkish restaurant with Turkish ambient, food tastes really good and the prices are justified.
Very good cuisine and friendly service - for over 30 years. Ideal after a visit to the half-nine or the state theater.
A Turkish family restaurant since 1987, which we always love to go to. The food is good, if not as originally Turkish as in the restaurant on Otto-Röhm-Straße. But the ambience is more cozy and you always feel very comfortable. The prices are ok and the service is quick and friendly. A reservation is recommended.
Food very tasty, table a bit too small and service a bit slow, but very friendly
Really great Turkish restaurant. Great for before or after visiting the theater or cabaret. The somewhat old-fashioned decor is particularly lovely.
Delicious dishes and a pleasant atmosphere. We were here with the regional gourmet block (2 main courses for the price of one). There was still house attention after dinner. The food was good, but my main course (chicken skewer) could have used a little more spice when seasoning. The pickled olives were great 😊
We were with a larger group (about 20 people) in an adjoining room in the Karagöz food. Two points are there for the central location and the friendly staff as well as free fruit plate at the end of the meal. The adjoining room does not have a nice ambience. The price-performance ratio is not i. O. I had a mixed hors d'oeuvre. The portion was small and he was rather loveless. The vegetables were barely seasoned. Nothing of oriental flair in the food. I myself have many oriental friends and have also been cooking oriental for 20 years. So know me a little bit. We all had different, but all had at the salad side mostly the bland iceberg lettuce and lamented lack of taste in the meat. The other plates were loveless. Very sad, from a few years ago, I knew the place also different.
